How it Works

Caterham Computing Remote Assistance allows control of your computer to be shared across the internet in order to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.

We use HopToDesk, a secure and lightweight application used for remote support sessions.

Once HopToDesk is running, control of the computer will be shared – you retain full control throughout the session and may end it at any time by closing the HopToDesk window.

All remote assistance sessions are secured, ensuring that any information shared during the session is kept private.
